Clark Foam Products uses CNC cutting equipment to fabricate polyurethane foam for the furniture industry. Environmentally safe adhesives are used to bond high quality polyester fiber to foam, creating a comfortable and durable seating surface. Foams utilizing plant-based technology reduce dependency on petroleum-based chemicals.

Clark Foam’s patented .dfx imaging is portable imaging technology allows for on-site rapid imaging of tools and components. In a simple three-step process, our Portable Imaging Technology will create and catalog as many as three files a minute, creating a completed spec of tools or components, this is achieved by converting jpeg images into .dfx files.
